One 8oz bag correctly seasons 25lbs of meat.
Suggested directions: Coarse grind 25lbs of meat through 1/2" plate. Transfer to mixer, add seasoning, and up to 12oz of water (if desired). Mix for 2 minutes. Regrind through 3/16" plate. Package in bulk or stuff into casings.
