The PS-10000F 4x4 is a high quality, professional floor/pallet scale that is ideal for industrial or shipping use. It can also be used as quality control device with check weighing functions.Its capacity is as high as 10000 lbs and it is accurate to 1 lb. Additional features include the following:
Large deck measures 48 x 48 inches - ideal for standard pallets.
Easy to read indicator with large LED display - equipped with a rechargeable battery as well as a or 15 foot cable to ensure safe, accurate readout. The display is very bright and easy to read.
Tare function covers this versatile unit's full capacity range.
The deck plate, tubes and channels are made of 1/5 inch thick steel to ensure great durability. The deck plate features diamond-cut texture to enhance friction of the surface.
Four alloy steel shear beam load cells are mounted on a 1/2" thick steel plates which are firmly welded onto the top deck plate. Four flexible feet with anti-vibration rubber cover are included. If necessary, the rubber cover and bottom part of the feet can be removed to convert to solid feet.
The full length load cell cables are connected to the stainless steel junction box through the tubes (no exposed wires).
The scale comes with a certified premium indicator with rechargeable battery and printer. The indicator also has counting function.

BASIC the Scale:
1.ZERO THE SCALE
When there is nothing on the scale but reading is not zero, press the zero key to turn on the zero indicator.
2. Weighing:
Ensure that scale is in zero position and zero indicator is plowing, place an item for weighing on the pan, the weight of the item will be showed on the weight window.
3. Tare:
Put container on the platter, once the weight reading is stable, press the tare key, the tare indicator will be on and the container;s weight will be deducted. When it is time to clear the tare, take off the container, and press tare key again.
4. Overload warning:
Please do not add item that is over the maximum capacity, when the scale is ringing an alarm, remove the item on the platter to avoid damage to the load cell.
5. Unit price settin:
To trade with the tcs scale, it is necessary to setting a unit price of the goods, then use this unit price to determine how much valye of the goods which placed on the platter.
